What does a typical session look like?
We’ll do all of the thinking and you just turn up to a session! We program each day to create effective and efficient workouts. We’ll combine lifting and conditioning using the skills learned in the Foundation Course. You’ll experience a hybrid between barbell work and interval training. Each session can be scaled to suit your individual needs.
I’m not very fit, can I still join a group session?
Absolutely! No baseline level of fitness is needed or expected. Our growing community is varied in both ability and age. This style of training is for everyone!
If I’ve never lifted weights, can I still join a group session?
Of course, our Foundation Course will teach you everything you need to know to lift with perfect form and with confidence. We deliberately limit our semi-private group sessions to 11 members, ensuring you get the attention you need in each session.
What do I need to wear?
Comfortable training clothes. We do encourage a flat shoe like a converse or lifting shoe, but this isn’t overly necessary for the initial stages of your training.
Do I need to arrive early for a session?
We suggest you arrive up to 5 minutes early for your session. We have a lounge with free wifi, tea & coffee, protein shakes and water. Our resident gym dog, Poppy, will undoubtedly come to greet you.
How many people in a group session?
We limit our sessions to 11 members only. We ensure you receive the attention necessary to train to the best of your ability and reach your goals.
Am I too old to lift?
