The Foundation Course is an introduction to The Studio. It allows you to get to know us and we get to know you. It gives us the opportunity to learn about your training experience, injury history or any concerns you may have prior to starting group classes.

Over three, one-hour sessions, you’ll work under the expert guidance of our trainers and learn how to train in a way that’s best for you. We will teach you the fundamentals of lifting with emphasis on form. Together, we’ll work on a suitable starting point, tailored to your individual ability, level and goals.

Training experience is not necessary or expected. We want you to feel comfortable and confident prior to joining a group session.
