We are not a gym. The Studio is a boutique fitness facility. We blend intelligent, planned training with high-end, bespoke design.

We are not in the business of fads. We don’t have unnecessary machinery or walls full of mirrors. We don’t use words like boot camp or WOD. We don’t cut, shred, blast, burn or pump.

The Studio offers a new formula for fitness. We’re creating a community defined by positive reinforcement and guidance. Health clubs don’t get members fit anymore, they simply sell access. Our group sessions and personal training address our customer’s needs best.

We operate a pay-per-session service, offering the highest standard of group and personal training to all ages and abilities.

The Studio Method is a system of training for strength and conditioning, supplemented by high intensity interval training. The method is adaptable to every situation, age and gender, delivered in the right way, in the right place, by the right people. Everyone can benefit from being fitter, stronger, leaner, have stronger bones, better balance and eat healthier.

No baseline level of fitness is required or necessary.



Foundation Course

We are all beginners at The Studio Method

Learn our lifts with emphasis on technical proficiency. We will teach you to train effectively before you try one of our classes.

A compulsory 3 day course, lasting 1 hour per session available in small groups or on a 1-1 basis.

The Foundation Course is a requirement prior to joining the Daily Group Classes.

Our Group Classes are a hybrid of weights training and high intensity interval training. Programmed on a weekly basis, these classes are designed to get you strong, fit and healthy.
